3. Protect Your Hands and Lips:

Hands and lips are particularly susceptible to dryness and cracking during winter. Wear gloves when outdoors, and apply a thick, emollient-based hand cream throughout the day. Use a lip balm with SPF to protect against both cold temperatures and sun exposure.

4. Stay Hydrated:

While it's tempting to reach for hot beverages during winter, don't forget to drink plenty of water. Hydration from within is crucial for maintaining skin health and preventing dryness.

5. Modify Your Skincare Routine, Especially if Prone to Eczema:

Consider adjusting your skincare routine to accommodate the changing weather. For example, if you use exfoliating products, reduce their frequency during winter to avoid further drying out your skin. For eczema sufferers, moisturise more, more more! Lock in hydration to ensure a healthy skin barrier.
